Green packaging material is a new packaging material with the lowest environmental burden and the highest recycling efficiency.
Types of green packaging materials
- recycled and recycled packaging materials
Repeat the packaging, such as beer, beverage, soy sauce, vinegar and other packaging with glass bottles.
Recycling packaging can be regenerated by two methods. Physical method refers to direct and complete purification and crushing without any pollutant residue. The treated plastic is used directly for recycled packaging containers. Chemical method refers to the decomposition of pet into monomer or partial depolymerization under the action of catalyst after the recycled PET is crushed and washed, and then the monomer is re polymerized to recycled packaging materials.
The reuse and regeneration of packaging materials only extend the service life of polymer materials such as plastics as packaging materials. When they reach their service life, they still face the problems of waste disposal and environmental pollution.
- edible packaging materials
Edible packaging film. For decades, the glutinous rice paper and the corn baking cup used in the candy packaging that we are familiar with are typical edible packaging.
The relatively mature synthetic edible packaging film is transparent, colorless, odorless, non-toxic, toughness and high oil resistance film, which can be eaten and can be used as food packaging. Its luster, strength and folding resistance are better.
Edible fresh film. In China, orange and lemon have been used to delay the dehydration and weightlessness in China since the 12th to 13th century. The shelf life of fruits and vegetables is prolonged. Nowadays, the edible fresh-keeping film has been developed into a variety of functional properties, obvious waterproof and certain selective air permeability. Therefore, it has a broad application prospect in food industry, especially in fruit and vegetable preservation
- degradable materials
Degradable materials are plastics that change their chemical structure in a specific environment where performance loss is caused in a given time. Degradable plastic packaging materials have the function and characteristics of traditional plastics, and after the service life is completed, the degradation and reduction in natural environment can be divided and reduced by the UV light in the sun or the microbial action in soil and water, and finally, it can be re entered into the ecological environment in the form of non-toxic and return to nature.
- paper material
The raw materials of paper are mainly natural plant fibers, which will decay rapidly in nature, and will not cause pollution to the environment, and can be recycled and re papermaking. Paper materials also have pulp injection type parts, composite materials, building materials and other uses.
Pulp molding products are not only light in quality, cheap in price, shock proof, but also have good air permeability, which is conducive to fresh-keeping of fresh goods. In the international commodity circulation, it is widely used in the turnover packaging of egg, fruit, glass products, etc.
